TERMS & CONDITIONS
By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to the terms laid out herewith.
Section 1 : Refund policy
1.1. We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 36 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Please call us directly to cancel your order.
1.2. During peak seasons (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas), we require a minimum of 5 days’ notice for cancellations and refund eligibility.
1.3. Non-floral products (including aprons, books, and vessels) are non-refundable.
1.4. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We are committed to resolving such issues fairly and efficiently.
1.5. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your item. Where relevant, we encourage you to provide supporting photos. We will review your concern in good faith and work toward a fair resolution at our sole discretion.
Note: Due to the perishable and handcrafted nature of floral products, refunds and replacements are assessed case-by-case.
Section 2 : Gift Vouchers
2.1. All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
2.2. Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with discount codes.
2.3. Each voucher is valid for one-time use only and cannot be split across multiple transactions.
2.4. Vouchers are valid only for purchases made via our online store.
2.5. Vouchers are transferable but not redeemable for cash or refunds.
Section 3 : Discount Codes
3.1. Discount codes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
3.2. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers or other promotional codes.
3.3. All discount codes are for single-use only and are non-transferable.
3.4. Magiche reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any discount code at any time without prior notice.
3.5. The newsletter subscriber discount code is valid only for floral bouquets, size Medium and above. Delivery charges are excluded from the discount.
Section 4 : Orders and Payments
4.1. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards, as well as local debit cards, via our secure online checkout.
4.2. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD).
4.3. We accept PAYNOW payment for orders placed through WhatsApp or phone calls.
4.4. All prices are listed and charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
4.5. For corporate and event contracts, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments will incur additional charges.
4.6. Contract cancellations or postponements require a minimum of 4 weeks’ written notice.
4.6. For late payments, a 5% late fee of the original invoice amount will apply. An additional 5% will accrue every 30 days until the full balance is received.
Note: We reserve the right to pause or cancel services if payment is delayed beyond 60 days.
Section 5 : Delivery
5.1. Please ensure that the recipient is available at the delivery address during the scheduled time to receive your floral order.
5.2. Please verify that the recipient’s name, address, and contact information are correct before confirming your order.
5.3. Change of delivery address must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Please call us directly to update your order.
5.4. If no one is available to receive the flowers, we will attempt to contact both the sender and recipient to seek approval to leave the flowers in a safe location. We are not responsible for the condition of flowers left unattended after approval.
5.5. If both sender and recipient are uncontactable within 10 minutes of the courier's arrival, the flowers will be returned to our studio and a re-delivery fee will apply.
5.6. A $30 re-delivery charge will be invoiced to the sender for each rescheduled delivery.
5.7. Non-floral products (e.g. aprons, books, vases) may be delivered with or without the recipient present.
5.8. Delivery fees are subject to surcharges during peak periods such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. Please note that we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times during peak seasons and holidays like Mother's Day. All deliveries will be made within the day.
5.9. Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.
Section 6 : Damages
6.1. In the event of damage, breakage, or loss of loaned items (e.g. vases, plinths, bowls), the customer will be liable for the full replacement cost at current market value. This cost will be communicated clearly prior to order confirmation.
Section 7 : Floral Product
7.1. All flowers are sourced fresh from the market and are subject to seasonal availability. We reserve the right to substitute any blooms without prior notice, while maintaining the overall aesthetic, quality, and value of the arrangement.
7.2. As our products are handcrafted and organic, slight variations in bloom size, colour, and form may occur compared to images shown on the website. These are considered part of the natural character and charm of artisanal floral work.
Disclaimer: We do our best to capture accurate photos, but natural differences are not considered defects.
Section 8 : Workshops
8.1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
8.1.1. A minimum of 5 participants is required to confirm a workshop. In the event of low sign-ups, Magiche will notify participants at least 3 days in advance. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops if the minimum is not met.
8.1.2. In such cases, the workshop fee will be refunded in full or converted into class credit for a future date, based on the participant’s preference.
8.1.3. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 3 days before the workshop date. Kindly include your reason for cancellation.
8.1.4. All cancellations are reviewed case by case, and Magiche reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refunds or rescheduling.
8.2. Workshop Credit
8.2.1. Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and may be used toward any workshop or bouquet purchase.
8.2.2. If the selected workshop has a higher course fee, you will be required to pay the difference.
8.2.3. If the selected workshop has a lower course fee, the remaining credit may be used for other purchases within the same validity period. No extensions will be granted on credit expiry.
8.3. Make-Up Classes
8.3.1. We do not offer make-up classes for missed workshops.
8.4. Materials
8.4.1. All workshop materials and tools, including flowers, are supplied by Magiche. Unless stated otherwise.
8.5. Photography & Privacy
8.5.1. Magiche may take photos and videos during workshops for use on our website and social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
8.5.2. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before the class begins.
8.6. Limitations of Liability
8.6.1. While we take reasonable precautions to ensure safety during workshops, Magiche shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage suffered, except in cases of negligence resulting in personal injury or death.
8.6.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
8.6.3. Our total liability in any matter relating to a workshop is limited to the price paid for the workshop.
Section 9 : Privacy Policy
We respect and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore and Shopify's compliance standards.
9.1. Personal Information & Consent
9.1.1. When you purchase from our store, we collect personal information including your name, address, email address, phone number, and payment details. When you browse our store, your device’s internet protocol (IP) address is also automatically collected to help us learn about your browser and operating system.
9.1.2. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, special offers, and other updates. You will only receive marketing communications if you opt-in.
9.1.3. By providing your personal information to complete a transaction (e.g. verifying your credit card, placing an order, arranging for delivery or return), you imply your consent for us to collect and use your data for that specific purpose only.
9.1.4. If we request your personal information for a secondary purpose (e.g. marketing), we will ask for your explicit consent or provide an option to decline.
9.1.5. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at info@magiche.com.sg.
9.1.6. We may disclose your personal information if required by law, or if you violate our Terms of Service.
9.2. Shopify and Third-Party Providers
9.2.1. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with an e-commerce platform to sell our products and services. Your data is stored securely through Shopify’s databases and servers, protected by a firewall.
9.2.2. Shopify and other third-party service providers (e.g. payment gateways) collect, use, and disclose your information only to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide.
9.2.3. These providers may have their own privacy policies and may operate under different jurisdictions. We recommend reviewing their policies to understand how your personal data is handled.
9.2.4. Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party site or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service.
9.2.5. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. We encourage you to read their respective privacy policies.
9.3. Website Analytics
To enhance your browsing experience on our website, we use standard website analytics tools.
9.3.1. Our site uses cookies—small text files stored on your device—to remember user preferences and improve overall functionality. These cookies are commonly used by websites across the internet. Section 10 : Force Majeure
10.1 Neither we, nor any third-party delivery or courier service engaged by us, shall be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to:
- Acts of God (such as natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, or severe storms)
- Fire or explosion
- War, acts of terrorism, riots or civil disturbances
- Industrial disputes, strikes, or labour shortages
- Pandemic, epidemic, or outbreak of disease
- Failure of telecommunications or transportation networks
- Changes in laws, regulations, or government actions
- Traffic congestion or accidents involving delivery services
10.2 In the event of a Force Majeure Event, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you of the disruption and resume service as soon as possible.
We may update or modify our Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy at any time, without prior notice. All changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this website. We encourage you to check this page regularly to stay informed of any updates.
