Flower Care
A fresh floral arrangement typically lasts 4 to 7 days.
Like us, these delicate beauties flourish with care and attention. Here are some tips to help prolong their lifespan:
- Gently remove the wrapping and water bag upon receiving your flowers.
- Place the stems in a clean vase filled with fresh water, ensuring they are fully submerged.
- Change the vase water every two days, filling a third of a vase each time.
- If possible, give each stem a 2cm diagonal trim before placing it in water— this helps them drink up more easily.
- Keep your bouquet away from direct sunlight and strong air-conditioning.
Admire them. Say hello. Maybe even sing to them.
If you have any queries or issues with your flowers, please contact us with photos within 24 hours.
We procure fresh from the markets daily. As with all-natural products, slight variations in colour and shape may occur.
Images are for reference only. It reflects a style and combination we have curated for the season.
In the event that a flower or foliage is unavailable, we will replace with one of similar style, colour, and equal or higher value.
Floral Request
If you like a certain flower in your bouquet, please let us know in the 'Order instructions' section. We are happy to accommodate request for our Romance and Essence product.

We do not offer customisations for our Greens and Mini product.
Out-of-catalog bespoke arrangement
Drop us a Whatsapp message and we can discuss further to create a bespoke arrangement for you.
May I use my own vase?
Yes! We highly encourage our customers to do so. Drop us a WhatsApp with photos and measurements of your vase.
Alternatively, we offer a 5% on your next order by dropping off your purchased vase to reuse. Reach out to us to discuss on logistics.
Some locally sourced flowers available in our markets include roses, sunflowers, marigolds, gerbera daisies, orchids, asters, celosia, statice, and freesia. Please note that to maintain product quality, the style of the flowers may vary due to substitutions.
While some flowers, like baby's breath, are generally considered safe for dogs, they may cause mild irritation in cats. Additionally, pesticides used on flowers can also lead to irritation.
Always verify the safety of specific plants for your pets. Our best advice is to keep flower arrangements out of your pet's reach to prevent ingestion.

Each bouquet comes with a water bag and is wrapped in our Magiche wrap.

Delivered in Magiche box bag.

A handwritten note card, and a flower care tips card is also included.

Standard delivery
Monday - Friday: 10am - 2pm, 2pm - 6pm.
Saturday: 10am - 2pm.
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00pm.
For Saturday deliveries, please order by Friday 12:00pm.
We do not deliver on Sundays.
Special requests
Delivery costs are $30 per location for deliveries made before 10:00 am, and after 6:00 pm.
We require a 48-hour notice for such requests. Please reach out to us if you would like to schedule.
We offer free Singapore islandwide for standard delivery (11am - 6pm).
If you strictly need the arrangement by a certain time, feel free to reach out to us at +65 9757 7322 to arrange. Addtional charges may apply.
Peak period
Additional charges may apply during peak seasons and holiday seasons. Ie. Mother's Day, Valentine's Day
Please note that delivery may take a little longer than the stated duration above.

As floral products are delicate in nature, please ensure that:
- the recipient’s name and address are correct prior to confirming your order.
- Your recipient is available to receive the product at the delivery location and during the delivery time.
If recipient is not present
We will reach out to both the recipient and the sender to obtain approval for placing the flowers in a safe location.
We will not be responsible for the condition of the received flowers upon approval.
Uncontactable; Incorrect address during time of delivery
A $30 re-delivery charge will be invoiced to sender upon rescheduling.
Change of address
We require a 24 hours notice.
Orders

We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit or local debit cards via online.
We accept PAYNOW payment for orders placed through WhatsApp or phone calls.
Prices shown exclude GST. GST will be calculated at checkout.
All prices are calculated and charged in SGD.
Corporate and Event contracts
Payments should be made within 30 days of the invoice date to avoid 'Delayed Payment' charge.
Delayed payment
A 5% charge of the original amount will be invoiced. An additional 5% charge will be added for every 30 days until the full amount is received.
Wedding & Services
Weekly Contracts/ Subscriptions: At least two weeks to one month in advance.
Event/ Weddings: At least three to six months before the actual day. This timeline allows us sufficient time to secure our services for your date and to source the specific botanicals and designs we have created for you.
Projects are bespoke, and tailored your dream vision.
Price varies on scope of design, styling and the quantity required. Ie. Table arrangements and a photo wall, as opposed to a more memorable experience of table settings, guest engagements, to even entry way.
